  • Due to delays, the completion date has been pushed back and is now expected to be spring of 2023.
  • Once the lake bottom is dry enough, a liner will be installed to reduce water loss.
  • Lehi City Counsel was suppose to vote on the lake construction agreement but, the agenda item was removed for unknown reasons.

About Dry Creek Lake

Dry Creek Lake will be a beautiful reservoir located in Northeast Utah County on the border between Lehi and Highland city boundaries, along Timpanogos Highway SR-92. It will be a rehabilitation project of the Dry Creek Debris Basin. After completion, the lake will provide outdoor recreation activities such as stand up paddle boarding, canoeing, kayaking, swimming, fishing, and other non-motorized boating activities. The Murdock Canal Trail can also be conveniently accessed for running, walking, and road biking. The lake is easily accessible from Interstate 15 and will provide hours of outdoor recreational fun.
